1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any order placed on it. The seller is Artisique Decorates, B-315 & B-316, Ground Floor, G.D Colony, Mayur Vihar Phase-III, New Delhi, Delhi 110096, GSTIN 07ABDCA3212F1Z9.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe pieces as accurately as we can. Because most are made by hand, dimensions, colour and pattern vary within normal tolerances, and photographs are indicative rather than exact. Where variation exceeds what a reasonable buyer would expect, we treat it as a qualifying return.
3. Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The struck-through figure is our own list price. Prices can change without notice, but the price at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy, accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline where stock has run out, where a price was clearly wrong, where the address is not serviceable, or where we suspect fraud. Declined orders are refunded in full.
5. Payment
UPI, cards, net banking and cash on delivery on eligible PIN codes. Payments are processed by a third-party gateway. We never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
6. Delivery
Timelines are courier estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery, except that we replace breakage reported within 48 hours. See the shipping page.
7. Returns
Our returns policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in it limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Bulk and made-to-order
Bulk quotations are valid for 14 days. Made-to-order pieces require 50 percent on confirmation and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
9. Intellectual property
The site design, text and layout belong to Artisique Decorates. Photographs are supplied by our supplier or licensed; see the image credits.
10. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded in law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
