The short version
You have seven days from delivery to raise a return if a piece arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match what the product page said. We collect it free and refund or replace it.
What qualifies for a free return
- The piece arrived broken or chipped.
- We sent the wrong item, colour or size.
- Parts listed on the page were missing.
- The piece differs from its description in a way that goes beyond normal handmade variation.
Normal variation is not a fault
Handmade pieces vary. A thrown vase a few millimetres off its stated height, a hand-painted pattern that differs from the photograph, natural tonal variation in cane or wood, and the crazing in a crackle glaze are all expected and not grounds for a free return.
If that worries you, message us for photographs of the exact piece before you order. We would rather spend five minutes on WhatsApp than have you disappointed.
Change of mind
Accepted within seven days if the piece is unused and in its original packaging. We deduct the return shipping from the refund.
What we cannot take back
- Made-to-order and personalised pieces, unless faulty.
- Candles and diffusers once opened or burned.
- Anything returned without its original packaging, which is what protects it on the way back.
- Pieces damaged after delivery, including outdoor items left out in weather they were not rated for.
None of this limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where a product is genuinely defective.
