What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery address, mobile number and email. We need these to deliver and to invoice.
- Payment status: whether a payment succeeded, and a gateway reference. We never receive your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
- Browser storage: your cart, saved items and recently viewed list are kept in your own browser. They stay on your device.
- Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
Why
To deliver your order, handle returns, answer questions, meet tax obligations and prevent fraud. Newsletter emails only go to people who subscribed, and every one carries an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the courier delivering your parcel, the payment gateway processing your payment, and our accountant for statutory filings. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records for eight years, as Indian tax law requires. Support correspondence for two years. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
This site runs no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart and saved items. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where tax law does not require us to keep it. Email us and we respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy we update the date above.
