Oversized means floor vases, large mirrors and anything over 15kg or longer than a metre. These travel by surface rather than air.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Around Diwali, add two to three days to everything.
How we pack
Fragile pieces go into a moulded insert inside a double-walled carton, not loose paper. Glass and ceramic are additionally wrapped. Large mirrors travel with corner protectors and a plywood face.
If something arrives broken
Photograph it within 48 hours and send us the picture on WhatsApp or by email with your order number. We replace it. You do not need to return the broken pieces, and we do not ask you to pay return shipping.
If the outer carton looks damaged on arrival, open it while the delivery agent is still there and record a short video if you can. It makes the claim quicker, though we will replace it either way.
Tracking
You get an SMS and an email with a tracking link when the courier collects the parcel.
