How pricing works

These are indicative. Handmade pieces have less room than machine-made ones, and a single-SKU order prices better than a mixed one.
Made to order
Many of our makers will produce to a specification: a particular glaze, a size that is not in the range, or your logo on a candle. Minimum quantities usually start at 50 for ceramics and 100 for textiles. Lead time is two to four weeks, longer around Diwali.
What we need from you
- The pieces and quantities, or a brief if you want us to suggest.
- Your delivery date. This matters more than anything else in the festive season.
- Your GSTIN, if you want a tax invoice with input credit.
- Delivery address, including whether there is lift access for large items.
Payment terms
Fifty percent on confirmation and the balance before despatch for first orders. Established trade accounts can be moved to 30-day terms after three completed orders.
Samples
We send samples at retail price, and credit that against a bulk order placed within 30 days.
