What we do
Artisique Decorates sells decorative pieces for Indian homes. Vases and planters, wall art and mirrors, candles and lanterns, festive and pooja items, handicrafts, artificial plants, table décor, lighting and soft furnishings.
Most of it is made by hand. We buy brass from Moradabad, blue pottery from Jaipur, terracotta from Khurja, cane from the North East, and textiles from Panipat. Where a piece is machine-made, we say so.
Why we say "no two are alike" so often
It is not a marketing line, it is a warning. A hand-thrown vase varies in height by several millimetres. A hand-painted diya will not match its photograph. Unlacquered brass arrives bright and darkens within months. Natural cane varies in tone across a single basket.
If you want twelve identical pieces, tell us before you order and we will pull a matched set or tell you honestly that we cannot.
How we pack
Breakage is the real risk in this trade. Fragile pieces go in double-walled cartons with moulded inserts rather than loose paper. If something still arrives broken, send a photograph within 48 hours and we replace it without asking you to return the pieces.
Trade and bulk
We supply interior designers, gifting companies, hotels and resellers. Quantity pricing depends on the piece and the lead time. Many of our makers will produce to order in two to four weeks. See the bulk and trade page.
